Built 1879 This is one of the first three brick buildings built in Nashville. It was the original toll house for Brown County’s only toll road which connected Nashville and Morgantown. The length of the road was only a little over 13 miles and the estimated cost was $17,000. Slim Smith now resides in the home. (Information
