Our custom TWO STORIES are the best square footage value because we build them as four finished sections and assemble them vertically on your foundation in sizes up to 3700 square feet.  We still have the same important exterior and interior options as our other products, and some customization is available to our standard floor plans.  Available in 7/12 roof pitch, 20" fixed eaves (not hinged) and grand foyers, our designs will be the envy of your neighbors.  Again, compare our construction standards.
